Spa Etiquette
For the best possible spa experience, follow these guidelines.
Arrival Time
We invite all guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment(s). This will allow you time to relax and enjoy a glass of water or tea in our lounge. Please note that for all new guests there is a short health history or consultation form to complete.
Reservations and Cancellations
We have reserved this time especially for you. In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment(s), please notify us within 24 hours for individual bookings and 48 hours for multiple bookings to avoid being charged for the scheduled service. There is a 60% charge for cancellations made less than 24 or 48 hours in advance. There is 100% charge for no shows.
If you are arriving late for your appointment(s), we will do our best to accommodate the remainder of the treatment; however, original prices will apply. All reservations must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate. We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard or Business Cheque.
Parking
There is limited free parking in Nelson. Ideas for parking when attending your appointments
- Park in front of the spa where there is 2 hour metered parking – $1 for 2 hours
- Walk or get dropped off and picked up
- Park further uphill where there is free 2 hour parking
- Park at Nelson’s Parkade located on Vernon St. between Stanley and Josephine (a 5 minute walk fro the spa)
Cell Phones
In consideration of other guests and in order to fully enjoy your time at the spa, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off prior to arrival.
Spa Voices
During your spa visit we ask that you use a quiet, soft voice to respect the tranquil atmosphere we have created for our guests.
Children/Pets
In order to maintain our relaxed and tranquil atmosphere we ask that children/pets not be brought into the spa.
Gratuities
Treatments and gift certificates do not include gratuities. Gratuities are not expected but are always welcomed.
Discounts
We offer a 10% discount for seniors and students.
Rewards Card
We give you $10 spa dollars when you reach a $1000 milestone!
We give you $5 spa dollars every time you refer a new client to us. Tell your friends to write your full name on their new client information forms.
Happy Birthday
We offer a special Love Your Body Treat when you book a treatment valued at over $50 on your birthday. Come and celebrate with us on this special day.
Keeping Your Money Local
We will give you a $0.25 credit on your account for every time you pay by cash, debit or cheque for your products or services. We are encouraging keeping your money as local as possible.
